How it works

  • Schedule a free consultation with our founder, Blanca, who is also a psychologist. This session is designed to understand what’s going on for you and your preferences, so we can match you with the ideal therapist.

  • After your consultation, Blanca will carefully select a therapist for you and ensure you’re happy with the match before moving forward.

    If the match doesn’t feel right, just let us know – we’ll find a better fit for you.

  • Once you’ve agreed on a start date and time, you’ll be introduced to your therapist, who will send you a secure link for your video call ahead of your first session.

  • To set up your account, you’ll receive a secure payment link via Stripe to enable automatic payments. You’ll then be charged monthly for your sessions.
