Ana is a COP registered Clinical Psychologist at Sysi, with a wealth of experience in the field of mental health. Over the years, Ana has worked in boutique private clinics as well as public mental health settings across Madrid and London.
Ana adopts a warm, empathetic, holistic, and integrative approach to care, customising her methods to meet each client’s unique needs. Her expertise extends to a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including emotion-focused therapy (EFT), person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and more.
Ana has extensive experience working with individuals across various age groups and addressing a range of issues. She specialises in anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, and agoraphobia, as well as depression, eating disorders, perfectionism, and body image issues. She is also passionate about supporting individuals with fertility issues, motherhood, parenthood, grief, addictions, and trauma.
Ana holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as an MSc in Mental Health Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University in London.
