Our fees vary according to the selected service and therapist.
Individual sessions range from £100 - £160 | 50 minutes.
Couple sessions range from £160 - £220.

When you register with Sysi, you’ll receive a secure payment link via Stripe to authorise automatic payments. You’ll then be invoiced and billed automatically for your sessions at the end of each month.

Your sessions may be covered by insurance, depending on your policy. Please contact your provider to confirm coverage, reimbursement procedures, and required documentation.

If you need to reschedule, please inform your therapist as early as possible. We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. To avoid being charged in full, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Yes, you can change therapists at any time. If you're not feeling comfortable or connected, just let us know, and we'll help find a better match based on your preferences.
