From the moment you join, a dedicated care manager will support you every step of the way.

Individual therapy

We tailor therapy for each individual, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. Clients seek support for many reasons, including addressing mental health issues, processing past experiences, enhancing self-awareness, fostering personal growth, and improving overall wellbeing.

Couples therapy

Couples seek therapy at different stages of their relationship—some to navigate challenges and recurring conflicts, others to strengthen their bond or take a proactive approach. Our goal is to help couples understand their dynamics, meet each other’s needs, and cultivate healthier communication, fostering meaningful and lasting change.

How it works

  • Schedule a free consultation with our matching expert, who is also a therapist. This consultation is designed to help us find the ideal therapist for you, based on your unique needs.

  • After your consultation, we’ll carefully select a therapist for you and ensure you’re happy with the match before moving forward.

  • Create an account with Sysi. You’ll be assigned a dedicated care manager, and your therapist will contact you to arrange your first session. If the match doesn’t feel right, let us know, and we’ll find a better fit for you.

  • You’ll receive a secure payment link via Stripe to set up automatic payments. Invoices will be sent, and payments will be processed at the end of each month.
