Magdalena is an HCPC-registered and BACP-accredited Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist at Sysi. She has over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
Taking an integrative approach, Magdalena tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. She prioritises creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space where clients can explore and understand their thoughts and emotions, fostering deeper self-awareness and enabling meaningful, positive change.
Magdalena specialises in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief and bereavement, low self-esteem, relational and attachment difficulties, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and ADHD.
She is trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT), Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Transactional Analysis. Her extensive training and adaptable approach enable her to provide highly personalised care, guiding clients on their journey to improved mental health and wellbeing.
Magdalena holds an MSc in Affective Disorders from King’s College London.
