Integrative Psychotherapist
Margitta is a BACP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist at Sysi. She works with both individuals and couples, bringing experience from private mental health clinics and academic therapeutic settings.
She offers a personalised and holistic approach to care, attending to all aspects of the client’s experience — body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Her practice is continuously informed by the latest research, drawing on a broad range of evidence-based frameworks, including Integrative, Psychodynamic, Relational, and Existential approaches, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Inner Child work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychosexual, and trauma-focused modalities.
Margitta supports clients with a broad range of issues, with particular expertise in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), fertility challenges, self-esteem issues, infidelity, sexuality, and relationship difficulties.
At the heart of Margitta’s practice is the belief that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful catalyst for meaningful and lasting change. She meets each client with genuine warmth, care, and curiosity, attuning to their unique story and needs. Margitta holds an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London, an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an LLB from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
