Sol is a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist at Sysi. With over a decade of experience in both private and public mental health, she has worked at leading mental health organisations and private treatment centres across London.

Sol embraces a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy, allowing her to craft a bespoke approach for each client based on their unique circumstances and needs. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulnes, Sol prioritises addressing the here-and-now while also exploring how past experiences may impact present difficulties.

Sol has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She specialises in a wide array of areas including addiction, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, self-harm, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues, abuse (physical, emotional, and sexual), anger problems, social difficulties, parenthood journeys, family challenges, bereavement, unhealthy relationship patterns, and attachment issues.

Sol holds an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London.
