Integrative Psychotherapist
Sol is a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist at Sysi. With over a decade of experience in both private and public mental health, she has worked at leading mental health organisations and private treatment centres across London.
Sol embraces a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy, allowing her to craft a bespoke approach for each client based on their unique circumstances and needs. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulnes, Sol prioritises addressing the here-and-now while also exploring how past experiences may impact present difficulties.
Sol has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. She specialises in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning difficulties, depression, self-harm, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues, perfectionism, identity issues, family and relationship challenges, and attachment issues.
Sol holds an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London.
